- Working knowledge of and proficient in Sage Intacct
- Analyze every day financial activities
- Provide advice/guidance to upper management on future financial planning
- Oversee financial and legal operations of the company
- Reporting
- Operational & Strategic - budgeting, modeling, forecasting
- Banking - consolidated financials and summary reports as required
- Tax & Legal
- Manage Legal Agreements/templates
- Prepare and keep legal agreements up to date
- Payroll & Benefits
- Work with HR to develop and maintain accurate and timely Payroll and Benefits administration process
- Accounts Payable
- Oversee the AP department to ensure accuracy and stay within budgetary targets
- Inventory
- Track and expense centralized inventory
- Banking
- Creation of new accounts, manage and delegate access to accounts as necessary.
- Ensure accounts are connected properly for their respective functions
- Proven experience as a financial manager
- Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
- Extensive understanding of financial trends, both within the company and general market patterns
- Proficient user of finance software
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- Working knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations
- BS/MA degree in finance, accounting, or economics
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA will be considered a plus
